As Senior Innovation Manager (f/m/d) at New Ventures, you'll actively shape the digital transformation of the REHAU Group.

Your mission: Not just plan innovation projects, but execute them. From defining strategic fields and identifying initial pain points, through startup scouting, to the successful rollout of innovative solutions.

Your tasks

In workshops with REHAU Subgroups, you identify pain points and automation and digitalization potential, evaluating innovation needs using clear KPIs and business cases
You scout and assess innovative startups, technologies, and business models with a focus on AI and digitalization
You take ownership of strategic pilot projects and AI initiatives – from conception to implementation and scalability – and guide their integration into our processes
You act as a change agent in a family-owned company with genuine transformation ambitions, jointly pioneering new approaches to digital transformation
You build sustainable relationships with founders, VCs and innovation networks, and represent venture clienting both internally and externally

Your profile

You have several years of experience in project management – whether from innovation, corporate venturing, business development, the startup ecosystem or consulting: you deliver projects successfully
You act entrepreneurially: You quickly analyze complex business models, translate them into scalable business cases, and articulate even the most complex ideas clearly
Technology fascinates you: You have a solid understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and digitalization, communicate at eye level with developers and are passionate about understanding and applying new technologies
You are a bridge-builder: Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels come naturally to you – with fluent German language skills, you engage people, inspire them and bring them together in daily customer and stakeholder communication.
You're hands-on: A hands-on mentality isn't just a phrase for you – you work operationally and support the team to ensure our collective success
You're an enabler: High initiative, opportunity-focused thinking and the resilience to persist even when facing resistance – plus a network in the startup ecosystem
You're mobile and flexible: Willingness to travel is a given for you – because the best innovations emerge through personal exchange with teams, startups, and partners on-site

Du bist Change-Agent in einem Familienunternehmen mit echten Transformationsambitionen gemeinsam Zeigen wir neue Wege der digitalen Transformation auf
Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Gründern und VCs und Innovationsnetzwerken auf und vertrittst Venture Clienting intern wie extern.

Dein Profil

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement – ob aus Innovation, Corporate Venturing, Business Development, dem Startup-Umfeld oder Consulting: Du bringst Projekte zu ende
Du denkst unternehmerisch: Komplexe Geschäftsmodelle analysierst du blitzschnell, übersetzt sie in skalierbare Business Cases und bringst auch die komplexesten Ideen verständlich auf den Punkt
Technologie fasziniert dich: Du hast ein solides Verständnis für KI/ML, LLMs und Digitalisierung, sprichst auf Augenhöhe mit Entwickler*innen und brennst dafür, neue Technologien zu verstehen und anzuwenden
Du bist Brückenbauer*in: Exzellente Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management über alle Ebenen hinweg sind für dich selbstverständlich – du holst Menschen ab, begeisterst sie und bringst sie zusammen
Du hast Erfahrung mit KI-Implementierungen und Change-Management
Du packst an: Hands-on-Mentalität ist für dich keine Phrase – du arbeitest operativ mit und unterstützt das Team, damit wir gemeinsam erfolgreich sind
