With topics such as recycling, energy efficiency, renovation and digital building assessment we work on topics that are highly relevant to meet sustainability goals and have real impact on the way we live.

Our Ventures Building supports, enables and inspires. We provide our ventures with what they need, whenever they need it. We are now looking for a motivated student to join our team asap.

Your tasks:

• Direct collaboration with portfolio companies: Gain valuable practical experience by supporting and collaborating with our start-ups.
• Independent project work: Develop your own creative concepts and solutions for our venture building team.
• Market analysis and competitive research: Deepen your knowledge through exciting research and analysis of current market trends and digital solutions.
• Creation of presentations and workshops: Develop presentations for management meetings and contribute to workshop concepts.
• Support the co-working in our Erlangen office to create a collaborative work environment.

Your profile:

• You are a Masters student in a program related to innovation and/or entrepreneurship.
• You have an open-minded personality and are always keen to learn quickly and improve continuously.
• You think in terms of solutions and enjoy implementing them efficiently and independently.
• You show your entrepreneurial DNA and strong passion for new topics (e.g. IoT, New Work) by constantly keeping your eyes and ears open and thinking of business opportunities.
• You are a highly motivated team player, have strong communication skills and can communicate complex issues efficiently with relevant stakeholders.
• You are familiar with terms such as lean startup, persona, value proposition and user journey.
• Ideally, you have some experience in consulting, corporate strategy, the development of digital services and products or a start-up.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
